Heater Jacket System - メーカー・企業と業務用製品

Vacuum piping equipment heater jacket system [Piping equipment temperature control]

Achieve temperature control in piping equipment at a low cost and reduce maintenance costs! We can provide a comprehensive response from design and manufacturing to installation, tailored to your piping needs!

Special gases used in the manufacturing of semiconductors and FPDs have the property of oxidizing and nitriding as the temperature decreases. Therefore, if they are not discharged while maintaining a certain temperature in the piping that sends them to the exhaust gas treatment system after use, solid residues from oxidation and nitridation will remain in the piping, blocking it. Technoflex's heater jacket system achieves temperature control in the piping equipment for such special gases at a low cost, contributing to the reduction of maintenance costs such as the effort required for pipe cleaning due to long-term operation. 【Features】 ○ The use of connectors makes it less likely to experience heating load and allows for disconnection measures! ○ Built-in thermal and temperature fuses enhance safety! ○ Sizes and lengths can be designed and manufactured according to your requirements to match the layout of piping, valves, and flexible equipment! ○ Easy attachment with Velcro is possible! ○ Two types are available: one with a built-in thermocouple and one without! ○ We can also accommodate integrated construction up to heater installation! ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
